www.privilegesolicitors.com is a site operated by Privilege Solicitors LTD (“we”). We are a limited Company managing by Mr. Imran Tousif.

Privilege Solicitors is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is subject to the rules set out in the Guide to the Professional Conduct of Solicitors.

We are not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, but we may in certain instances suggest a limited choice of investment services to clients, as the firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We can deliver these investment services if they arise out of, or are incidental to, legal services we have been engaged to provide.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Details of the insurers and the territorial coverage of the policy are available for inspection at our office or upon request.

Our Question and Answers Section

When you contact us through the Q&A section of our expertise pages, we only collect your Question and e-mail address and any other information which you voluntarily provide to us. The information which you submit through the Q&A section our expertise pages will be displayed on our website at our discretion. If you notify us by e-mail or other written communication that any of the information which you have submitted is incorrect, misleading, or you would like to be taken off the website, we will take prompt action to correct, amend or delete the information. You may do this by contacting us.

Our Relationship

We will not be your instructed solicitors and there shall not be a solicitor-client relationship merely through your visit to our Site or by you giving us information via our Site. We will only be formally instructed as your solicitors once we have corresponded on a specific matter and we have sent you, and you have accepted our terms of engagement.

Viruses, Hacking, And Other Offences

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
